I don’t think you can because your lights on the camera are very strong but for some reason they’re just blowing out everything but if I use a separate light below the camera the camera works as long as I tape off all your UV lights around the camera which is very difficult. I would like them to be a separate mount that is very strong goes through the glass and lights up the outside that way the camera can do its job with the lighting that’s being offered that goes through three panes of glass effortlessly or make your cameras do this. Ability to have different cameras on different internets even at different locations into the same app is great because others won’t allow you to do that, sometimes you have to multiple accounts of the app on your phone. Sometimes when you’re adjusting the camera, it jumps too far one way or the other and you have to back it up a little by little, so being able to have presets would be great. The one feature that I think would be awesome would be preset buttons we could put the camera back to or advancing quickly to a view that you’ve already determined you want often. Sometimes the controlling of the camera is a little slow but that’s probably my Internet not the app. That might not be so much applicable in a home situation when you can just put a SD card into the camera itself. Being able to store events is great if you’re using these cameras at a store or where are you may need to go back and review it later. The app is very easy to use and understand and if you sign up for the storage it’s great because you can keep a long history of film. Rarely has it missed detection (one camera must have temporarily went offline for some reason) and I guess I’m okay with it recording sudden flares of sunshine and large shadow movements. Reading other reviews, I’m glad I have only owned EZVIZ.

Once you learn how to adjust the zones and sensitivity you can really cut down on the video captures you want to see. Ackerman Security installed many years ago and whenever I switch internet providers and reconnect the router the app will tell you to reset cameras and I was able to figure it out (cameras are marked with a reset cover you unscrew and press and hold down tiny button until you hear app chirp that cameras were detected and the image appears). EZVIZ camera images are great and the app just keeps getting better and better with very helpful features every update.
